Standards & conformance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the W3C, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

We also align with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable.

Known limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some areas of our site may not yet meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working to address:

Legacy PDF documents produced before 2022 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Some third-party embedded content — such as external booking tools or social media widgets — may not conform to the same standards as the rest of our site. We are engaging with those providers to seek improvements.

If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format as quickly as possible.
