Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Genuine TMC website (genuinetmc.com) or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Genuine TMC Ltd. Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our services

Genuine TMC provides travel management and consultancy services including, but not limited to, corporate travel booking, itinerary planning, hotel and flight reservations, ground transportation, and travel policy management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3.1You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making a booking.
3.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Bookings & payments

All bookings made through Genuine TMC are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.

4.1Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
4.2Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
4.3We accept major credit and debit cards. Bank transfer and invoicing may be available for approved corporate accounts.
4.4Any surcharges levied by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers after confirmation are your responsibility.

Important: International bookings may be subject to currency fluctuations. The final charge may differ from the quoted estimate if payment is processed in a different currency.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the supplier, fare type, and service booked. You should review the specific terms applicable to each booking at the time of confirmation.

5.1All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your designated account manager or to our main contact address.
5.2Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund in any circumstance.
5.3A cancellation or amendment fee may be charged by Genuine TMC in addition to any supplier penalties.
5.4Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation from the supplier.

User conduct

You agree to use the Genuine TMC website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our services.

You must not use our platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content; to engage in any fraudulent activity; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our suppliers.

Genuine TMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Genuine TMC website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Genuine TMC Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

Limitation of liability

Genuine TMC acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, car hire companies, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of those suppliers.

8.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genuine TMC's liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8.2We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
8.3We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Genuine TMC can assist in arranging appropriate cover upon request.

Privacy & data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including sharing data with third-party suppliers where necessary to fulfil your booking.

Changes to terms

Genuine TMC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. We will notify registered users of material changes by email where practicable.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
